This place has one of the best cheese lists in town, and the staff will happily pair your wedges with wines or beers—from the local to the exotic. It’s set up like a deli with salamis and cheeses sitting in a fridge ready to be cut for you, and they also have a bar space that offers light meals as well as cheese-and-drink tasting sessions on Sundays. If you come Thursday through Saturday, get in before 6 pm as it gets packed quickly and you might have to wait 30 minutes to sit. The Enmore Theatre is located across the road, so many people come before or after concerts. Bookings are available Tuesday through Thursday.
