If you’re visiting the National Zoo stop by British-inspired pub Duke's Counter, across the street from the main entrance on Connecticut Avenue. They serve cocktails and plenty of kid-friendly plates like the Nutella press, a gooey and sweet treat made with bananas, toasted marshmallow and hazelnut spread on multigrain bread.

Delicious British-inspired food right at the top of the zoo. Amazing food and great drinks.
