Day trips are recommended during your stay. There are plenty of options to support your fitness and relaxation. Sequoia Wellness Center is a fully equipped gym. There is a robust group fitness schedule. And the aquatic features include a lap pool, warm water therapy pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. Drop in at the time of publishing is $12.
