This is a nice waterfront area with a fishing pier & boat ramp, plus picnic tables, shade trees & parking spots. This is also a great place for paddle boarders who wish practice their skills . At times you can see dolphins swimming about.

Public access boat ramp, loading dock, fishing dock, picnic area. Well maintained by New Hanover County, very popular. Directly on the Intracoastal Waterway across from the Masonboro Island Reserve.

Boat launch just down the road. Also a great nearby place to watch the sunrise over Masonboro Island.
