If you don’t like the fluff and froo froo, are more of a purist when it comes to spirits. Go to The Block. Their gin is what makes this place worth knowing.

This is our favorite distillery in Denver. If you are a gin lover, they have multiple original gins, all better than the last (vodka, whiskey, and liquors too!). We like to start here for a cocktail then wander down Larimer Street to visit the Larimer breweries such as Odell's, Recess, and 10 Barrel Brewing. Depending on how long you've been drinking and how desperately hungry you are, either keep it classy at Barcelona for great Spanish tapas, or just make a stop at Shake Shack and get the job done quickly!
