During Fashion Week, it seems that everyone in town arranges to meet at this restaurant. The food is 100% organic and vegan but, above all, delicious. Created by the lovely Emma Sawko, the place feels like a haven of peace in the heart of the urban jungle, with a welcome Californian twist. Even Owen Wilson is a fan! I can’t get enough of their buckwheat granola. I also love the elixir shots called Bam, with curcuma, ginger, lemon, and cayenne pepper.
