Great location for walkable Golden. Susan provides some snacks and had many nice touches for guests.

We had a nice stay at this house. There were (4) adults total and had so much room to spare! As two couples, we found the separation of sleeping and restrooms (upper floor and lower floor) very private and accommodating. The hot tub was magical and much needed after a long day of exploring. Surrounding area was beautiful, peaceful and close to downtown Leadville. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet as well.

We loved our stay! The host was very responsive and allowed us to check in a few hours early due to our schedules - which was really appreciated!The house backs right up to the golf course and has beautiful views. Only a 2 minute drive to Base Camp. The house looks exactly like the pictures and the living and dining was a great sized space for our group. Comfortable bedding and linens. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again!

We arrived late and it was dark so we didn't see the guest parking sign and had to call the hosts.
Was cozy and relatively clean, there were a few cobwebs and dust. loved that we could bring our dog with. The hot water smelled like rotten eggs because of the well water system, which was off putting, but overall was a peaceful stay.
