Minty Living is a full service hospitality company niched in furnished housing for the film industry in ATL. Our homes are available for short term stays in a rolling 30 day window from our last vacancy :) FYI, we are neither realtors, nor a placement company.... Our backgrounds are fintech and architecture & design respectively. You can think of Minty Living as akin to a Distributed Hotel (in the best hoods of ATL) with full time concierge, guest services & maintenance team divisions to care…

Was moving from Saint Pete, Florida to Alpharetta, Georgia, but we wanted to stop and stay at the big city for a few days. Neither one of us had been. I found this Airbnb and I’m so glad I booked it from the moment we received the confirmation your parking was taken care of you knew everything was gonna be great. The location was more than convenient very walkable super close to everything. Whether you wanna go eat drink or work out there’s something for everyone. The Airbnb was very clean and put together looked like it was straight out of a magazine. Minty was an amazing host checked in made sure everything was going OK and even helped us get back inside when we locked your key in. Definitely recommend staying here and I will surely be back next time. I wanna take a weekend trip to ATL.

Great value for the location but the bed was seriously lacking for the price. The mattress is in desperate need of a flip. My partner and I kept sliding into the center of the bed. The pillows were also way too firm. Terrible sleep even in a quiet neighborhood.

It would also be nice if the host would supply a water filter pitcher for the kitchen. Georgia water is certainly not drinkable but bringing water was a task we weren’t planning on. Most spaces supply this amenity.

We would rent here again but are hesitant truly because of the sleeping arrangements.

Minty is a third party, not the owner. We told them there was a homeless person and tent living in the backyard. They said the owners were aware however they did not disclose to us prior to arriving.
Minty has an exhaustive contract you have to sign including fees of $25 per pile of dog poop left behind and lists of fees if you get makeup on the towels etc. While I understand trying to keep the place tidy, I certainly wasn’t expecting someone in a tent in the backyard when they were that concerned about details.
Besides the slow drain of the master bathroom shower, the house was nice and clean otherwise.
