Close to shops and hospital. Own private entrance.Due to the coronaviris, I will be taking extra care to clean and sanitize the flat between guests. Also leaving a 72 hour gap between bookings just to be on the safe side. I normally like to greet my guest, however I have now installed a key safe/lock box also with safety in mind.

There is a toaster, jug, cups, glasses, plates a water jug with filtered water, a selection of tea and coffee and a selection of breakfast cereals. There is a bar-fridge and microwave. Heating is underfloor, off peak, comes on at night for cold weather. A portable airconditioner and ceiling fan for the hotter weather.
