The house itself is a private owner occupied dwelling located in a quiet residential neighbourhood 10 minutes cycle or 25 minute walk from Athlone town centre along the 'Old Rail Trail'/Greenway just five minutes walk from your accommodation. Bicycles are complimentary. There is also a public bus route operating which passes through the area into town every 30 minutes. An excellent taxi service is available.

Situated on a quiet, remote site but within 4 miles of the nearest town, Ballymahon, and 12 miles from Athlone. The house has a modern feel to it having been constructed just over 10 years ago with plenty of space and most mod cons. Privacy is restricted to guest's own room as my wife and I, along with our young family, are the only permanent occupants and will be using all of the facilities as well. Guests can choose a configuration of 1 double bed or 1/2 single beds.
