The simplicity suite is close to Hill Airforce Base in a safe and nice location between Salt Lake and Ogden.
The room has full private bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, flat screen TV, cable, and wi-fi. Government ID Required. We have a hypoallergenic service dog miniature schnauzer, that is not allowed in the guest area nor kitchen. The kitchen and laundry room are shared.
No smoking and no animals allowed. If the guest smokes we respectfully ask that the guest reserve a different AirBnB.

We live on the main floor, with no kids, and are usually pretty quiet.
