It has an outside fire pit, a full kitchen with counter seating, small living room, 1 very small bathroom, a private bedroom and a semiprivate loft. Its only minutes away from The Peek n Peak resort, for downhill skiing, golfing. The Wilderness Lodge, for cross country skiing, on snowmobile trails, close to Findley Lake, and Lake Erie, for swimming, fishing and boating, and Lake Erie Wine Trail with over 50 miles of wine country.

Old Schoolhouse Music Cottage
7 minutes to skiing and tubing at Peek n Peak or 1 short block to Findley Lake. The boat launch is at the end of the block with a fantastic kayak launch ramp.
The cottage is rumored to have been the music room for the old Findley Lake Highschool (main house in front of the cottage).
The cottage is directly behind the old school house (where we live). We ski every day in the winter and find it's a super convenient location just down the road from pknpk (6 miles).
