The Cedar House RulesThis tiny home tries really hard to be as wonderful as the cedar tree it sits next to. It even dressed itself in fancy cedar siding and lathered itself with tung oil. And although its efforts may have failed (it's hard to top mother nature), a definite theme has been born. Runner-up names included 'Hail, Cedar!' and '20,000 Leagues Beneath the Cedar.' Special amenities: • Two cruiser bicycles • Beach chairs, towels, bag, and cooler • Outdoor patio with hammock, couch, and love seat • Bluetooth speaker • White noise machine • Unique books + games • Two dedicated, caring hosts.
Water Tower RetreatThe Water Tower is tucked away and nestled among redwoods a few miles from the Pacific Ocean. This is a place to disconnect and reconnect with the surroundings. To unplug and decompress from busy life. About 5 miles from our town of Elk and a nice coastal drive 14 miles to the historic village of Mendocino. All bookings include 11% Mendocino bed tax. Our calendar is typically open 3 months in advance. If there are specific dates you are interested in, don’t hesitate to ask :)
