Private Room in an Exquisite Home

This foursquare-style home from 1910 has been restored to blend contemporary design with traditional architecture. Sink into the colorful armchairs around the fireplace, notice the gorgeous chandeliers, and sit outside by the pond. City of Richmond Permit #: STR-076204-2020 Guests are free to use the parlor, dining room, kitchen and laundry and any of the outdoor spaces on the property. Enjoy the fountain and garden seating area! Access to the private entrance is via the back yard. The gate is located adjacent to street parking for easy loading and unloading. We live on the property and will be present for most guests, but typically reside in the upper floors of the home. A co-host is on-demand for when we are out of town. We welcome guests to say hello and chat if we’re around. Feel free to enjoy a beverage with us or ask for local tips. The home is within walking distance to Richmond International Raceway making it easy to see big races at leisure. Downtown Richmond is also a short drive away which offers an excellent range of dining and shopping options. Getting around Richmond is most convenient for those who have their own car, but ride sharing is abundant and the bus stop is a block away from this listing. We have three furry family members. We keep them cordoned off when guests are present, but there are opportunities to interact with them in the shared spaces at times. Guest who explicitly request no contact with our pets will be accommodated.

Private bedroom in a beautiful 1928 renovated Craftsman home. This room is perfect for traveling nurses. The bathroom features washer and dryer and is shared with other Air BnB private room. The bedroom is spacious, sun-filled, and quiet. The kitchen is a chef’s dream. Hang out on the porch swing, relax and enjoy the stay. There are two Sphynx cats and a Persian who make their home here, please be mindful of allergies. Long term stays: please message with request, pricing is dependent on season.
