The home is a great place for families, business travelers or anybody wanting a home away from home. There are 2 beds, and a sleeper sofa and can easily sleep 6 people. Great Location- Our cozy apartment, perfect for short term or long term leasing (month to month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year). all utilities included as well as high speed internet, keypad entry. Great for business travel or work projects. We can provide a discounted rate for longer stays. Unit includes all you could need! Fully furnished, stocked kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, dishware and cleaning supplies. This unit also has complete bedding, and towels in the bathroom! Our space is also pet friendly, however, we do charge a $350 pet fee PER pet (non-refundable)!

Residential community was recently remodeled apartments is an affordable option. Recent updates in many units include: new landscaping, new paint, new carpet, and new stainless steel appliances. Our space is also pet friendly, however, we do charge a $350 pet fee PER pet (non-refundable)!
