Each rm has a desk, dressers, closets. Shared refrigerator upstairs for guests only. Coffee can be provided & fresh fruit with notice. Monthly stays get discounts (each rm has an Ionizer/Ozone unit to sanitize rm) **We are one of the few that do not charge cleaning fee's to keep costs down for guests**
