Brookside 1940s home beside a stream
I purchased the property in Oct 2020 and am slowly working on it while retaining the original 1940's features. The guest bedroom and bathroom is in the 'south wing' which was added in the 1950s. The decor is a little tired but the place is clean. The guest room is newly decorated and insulated.
Enjoy breakfast of homemade meusli/toast in the dining room or in the sun drenched living room while admiring the view of Mt Te Aroha.
