The Beach House sits on a lake looking out over VB oceanfront. Located in the Vibe District, a cultural hub for artists and spirits, roosters and restaurants, all within walking distance. We have a sun-room and a little deck in the front perfect for morning coffee and happy hours. The backyard is fully fenced with a deck and a gas grill. The road to the house is one-way, very private. You'll love the outdoor shower! We have a cart, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for your walk to the beach!

Relax in the luxurious Carriage House: a 3-bedroom French-country style retreat at the historic Church Point Manor (circa 1860). Restored in 2021 with modern amenities, the Carriage House features a king bedroom and two queen bedrooms, each with its own private, full bathroom. Welcome to Surfside at Sandbridge!!! Sandbridge is the northern most portion of the OBX!!! Location location location. this tiny home is 3 years old and was previously a vacation property. This will be it's first year on airbnb. there is a queen adjustable bed in the master and two twins in the loft. There is room for a air mattress in the loft also. This unit comes fully stocked for everything you'd need for a beach vacation. Towels..chairs..beach canopy..boogie boards..ect.

Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.
