One sleeping alcove with privacy screen. One queen bed & 4 twins. Perfect getaway for couples, families or groups. Enjoy morning coffee at the sunny dinette. Relax on the front deck in the evening. Playground, picnic area, pool, splash park, and walking paths are just beyond the front yard at Sterling Lake.

The Chicken House in Yoder

Come experience our 1940s chicken house turned guesthouse! Includes Wi-Fi, kitchenette, smart TV, and super comfy bed. Even though the Chicken House is a tiny 300 sq ft, windows make it feel open and airy. A futon can accommodate one additional guest. Pack-n-play available upon request. You will have your own private ally entrance and personal parking in the back of the business building. Enjoy the benefits of all that our town has to offer with most of our eating establishments that are within walking distance. We also have our local library and park right across the street for kids to enjoy.

Welcome to our quiet, relaxing, cozy home sitting on Cottonwood Lake in Sterling, KS. We celebrate holidays and enjoy our summers in this home and wish to share it with you. It’s fully heated and cooled and is a great escape, especially if you enjoy being near the water. We enjoy breathtaking views from the covered deck next to the water. You may also enjoy many amenities which contain going for walks, sitting by the fire ring, or fishing off the dock!

This is a one bedroom studio house. This is a place all to yourself. It has a queen size bed. It is really nice inside the house. The one downside is it is close to the railroad track. It has a oven, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer and keurig coffee maker. We have recently added WIFI for our quest. One thing several guest have mentioned is how much they enjoy the walking trail close by.
