The cabin has ample private parking and its own 1/2 acre pond located off the front door. This house was our home for 10 years and is setup for family usage. In spring and summer swim and play at the lake. For fall and winter seasons this cabin makes a perfect hunting lodge being close to tons of public hunting land.

A private neighborhood lake is available to guests for fishing and swimming. We provide kayaks for guests with signed waiver. The Lake House is just a short drive away from all that Hocking Hills has to offer including Cedar Falls, Lake Logan, Old Man’s Cave and many shops and restaurants!

Yellow Dog Barndominium

Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

Stylish Riverfront Tiny House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space directly on the Gauley River. Once a Post Office from the early 1900s, this 300 sqft tiny home has been thoughtfully converted into a comfortable getaway. Push a kayak in and float the calm river, enjoy a beverage on the spacious back porch, or make progress on that novel.
