Sunset Ranch is an acre lot at the far southeast corner of Marathon, TX that backs up to the ranch land facing south that provides unobstructed views of sunrises and sunsets from the 700 sf covered porch.
Marathon is 40 minutes from Big Bend National Park entrance and is a launch point to explore West Texas.
The studio is well laid out for up to 2 adults with a queen size bed. Upon request, two stackable full size cots and/or an air mattress can be setup for additional guests or children.
