It is a complete one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle bay and the marina. If you have a boat there is a place to park it on the property also. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets.It isso beautiful words cannot do it justice. Please no hunting .
