This modern cabin is located on 290 feet of the beautiful Kettle River. The river is well known for its great tubing, canoeing and kayaking. There is a gas fireplace, hot tub, Wifi and DISH Tv. The newer hot tub can seat 6. Large expansive deck with seating. Bon-fire pit and a large gas grill. The cabin is updated and very comfortable. Linens are Pottery Barn and Kitchen Aid appliances! Our little peninsula has been a Northwoods getaway for the past century. Formerly Mallard Point Resort, we're keeping the tradition alive by welcoming guests at two of the cabins. This is a place where you can expect to see other guests and share outdoor spaces. The owners currently live on the property part-time, although you can have the place to yourself if you rent both cabins. We're less than 10 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from Tioga MTB trails. This listing is for Cabin 1 only.
