Our studio apartment is located at beautiful Lake Okareka and is approximately 100m walk from its shores. The central location is in close proximity to the Whakarewarewa Forest for Mountain Biking and walks, Lake Tarawera, the Okataina walkway and cycle track as well as the Redwoods and an approximate drive of 12 - 15 minutes to the Rotorua CBD. It is perfect for couples and solo adventurers, there is also a fold out couch that is suitable for an extra person/child.

The unit does not have lake access but does enjoy lake views and is right next-door to the Okareka wetlands where you can enjoy an easy 5.5km scenic walk along the boardwalk that wraps around the side of the lake.
