Perfect for those want to kick back and enjoy family/friend time. Dogs welcome, Private sandy beach ,outdoor pool, tennis court, 2 community boat launches and large community beach. Fish and crab from the pier. We have 6 bikes, 2 kayaks and 2 sups available for our guests to use. Cook on the gas grill and watch the sun set from the deck hot tub. This 4 bedroom/3 bath custom home is at the end of a quiet lane and sits on a point of land between the Potomac River and Blackbeard’s Pond, making for magnificent river views from sunrise to sunset. Enjoy swimming, canoeing, Bocce on the lawn, barbecue on the deck! Osprey’s Roost is the perfect retreat to rest and recharge, ideal for a romantic week away, a girls’ weekend or a family gathering!

Located right on the water of the Wicomico River with a private sandy beach, The River House will become your favorite retreat! This 5 bdrm, 3 bath fully stocked home has all the convenience of modern construction (including wifi) but maintains the vintage charm of the original property. The acre+ plot is very private with spectacular forest & water views. Fun can be found in every direction and for all ages! It has two bottom floor bed/bath combos, plus a fabulous sleeping loft for the kids!

Come unwind at "Beach, Please!" Our renovated cottage on the river with a private beach and dock is waiting for you! What's there to do? There's boating, fishing, crabbing, bird watching, tanning, and hammock-napping. Need more? Ok, antique shops, breweries, wineries, live music, crab boils and oyster fests. Still need more? Cornhole, can jam, horseshoes, hiking, and swimming and tennis at the community pool. That's not all, so just trust us - you will LOVE your time in Montross, Virginia!

Two-bedroom guesthouse with deck overlooking the Lower Machodic Creek (Coles Point, Hague VA) the perfect setting for enjoying sunrise and sunset. Shared property, but the second floor guesthouse is all yours. The first floor is a garage we use for storage. Salt water lap pool, 100 feet of beach on Lower Machodic Creek with expansive views of the Potomac River, kayaks, private dock, and 20 acres to explore. Great for a family vacation, couples getaway, girls weekend, you name it!

The Riverbunk is located on the Rappahannock River in Colonial Beach, Virginia. The scenic River is home to Eagles, ospreys and great blue herons. The river offers the perfect kayaking experience and for boaters, a boat launch is within walking distance. Fishing, hunting, hiking and sightseeing are popular in this area. We are 420-friendly where smoking is allowed outside. The rural area is perfect for quiet downtime and fun activities.
