Welcome! I have a nice and very clean house located in a lovely, quiet and safe neighborhood in Winter Park, close to the Winter Park Station Amtrak. I am renting a room (queen size bed) with a pretty big size walk-in closet, office desk, small refrigerator in the room, dresser, flat screen tv with access to Netflix and Hulu and shared bathroom, private fenced pool (jacuzzi without heater).
