The Farm HouseThe Farm House was built by the Nissley Family in the early 1950s. where they raised nine of their fourteen children. They built and operated a dairy until 1969 when they retired and sold the property to my husband and I. The property is now a tree farm, but we wanted to preserve the house and its history and to share the peace and tranquility with those travelers who might need a retreat or a "home away from home". Deer and other wildlife often come by for a visit!
Moore FunPrivate, quite, clean and comfortable home centrally located to all that the Forgotten Coast has to offer. This home's location in Eastpoint makes it convenient for shopping, dining, beachgoing, fishing and much more. Less than a 10 minute drive to both beautiful St. George Island and Historic Apalachicola and a 15 minutes drive to Carrabelle. This home has a private yard that is in a great neighborhood with respectful neighbors. There is ample room for parking multiple vehicles and/or boats.
Gone CoastalThis property is located in my backyard in EastPoint, FL. It’s a prime place to stay because of its central location— just 8 miles from Apalachicola and 7 miles to Saint George Island. It is nestled in a very quite neighborhood which has worked hard to retain the natural beauty native to the “forgotten coast” in Florida’s panhandle.
