This stand alone property has it all, separate from the main house it has a private entrance and backs on to a reserve with river walks summer and winter . The bedroom is closed off to the large lounge with polished concrete floors . The French doors open to the pool and rear pocket lawn.
You will have the use of the pool ( shared in summer)and a spa The kitchenette has a Microwave, tea and plunger coffee fridge and freezer .
The bathroom is of a good size and has a walk-in shower and toilet

THE OBSERVATORY
We welcome you to our home, which overlooks the ocean and farmland. The guest area is located on the ground floor of our home. Only a 10 minute stroll into the township of Whakatane, and five minute drive to Ohope Beach, voted one of the safest surf beaches in NZ. The entrance to the famous Nga Tapuwai O Toi walking track is only 2 minutes from our home. If you are into astronomy, the Whakatane Observatory is steps away from our property, open to the public Tuesday and Friday evenings.
