Our lake access is close enough to bike/walk, but we prefer to drive into the access w/all of our gear! @ the gated access you will find a swimming area, boat launch, grills, screened in & open pavilion, and a playground. The Roosevelt

I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. Sit around the bon fire in rocking chairs to share s’mores, watch the sunset & gaze at the stars!

This enchanting retreat features a master nook with 1 king bed, a corner space for the kiddos to share a fun triple bunk, and 1 incredibly comfy pull out sofa bed in the glass ceiling sunroom, perfect for a cozy getaway. We are 25 miles to Callaway Gardens and less than 30 miles to Ft Moore.

Welcome to “The Gambrel House” a vintage 1970’s California architecture inspired retreat. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway from the city to enjoy some quiet time or a small campfire, this is the place! There is plenty of room for 1 or 2 families but still has a cozy vibe. Enjoy the large deck with a view of a lake or the side yard with fire pit. Close to FDR state park, the Flint River and Warm Springs Georgia.
