This stylish spacious place located in 5 min drive to Hot Springs district and in 10-15 min to Elephant Butte state park with its beaches. Dogs are welcome with notification of owner. There is a fenced yard. There are a few steps on the path from driveway to the porch, not compatible with wheelchair. There is a smart thermostat in the main hall regulating central cooling/heating, and there is an additional mini-split unit in the master bedroom and space heater in the master bath.

Mi Casa es Su Casa

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Beautiful and peaceful Casita with Mtn View. Family and Pet friendly. The space is located under 5 minutes drive to downtown Truth or Consequences. The casita is attached to what used to be a 1977 church turned living space. Located 5 minute drive to the Rio Grande river and ONLY 10 minute drive to beautiful Elephant Butte Lake/State park. Traveling Medical Staff encouraged. Electric vehicle charging station on site.

Sunny Casita

Spare and spacious and sunny. This casita is surrounded by a lovely and shade filled garden. There’s a wall so that you will enjoy outdoor privacy. It’s a short walk to downtown and the brewery, baths, and galleries. The Rio Grande is across the street and there are beautiful views of Turtleback Mountain from the porch. The house is about 80 years old, floors are wood and tile. Pets are welcome, however we ask that pet owners read "Other details to note" thoroughly!

Enjoy the ease and convenience of this 3 bedroom 2 bath home located just minutes from Elephant Butte Lake. The fully fenced backyard includes a private and spacious patio with picturesque views of the mountains. After a day on the lake, enjoy grilling a sunset dinner and sipping on a cold drink in the outdoor kitchen. The large driveway area provides plenty of parking for all of your toys. A 30 amp RV hook up is available for an additional charge. No garage access.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to hot springs district, elephant butte lake and Rio grande river. Close to everything and yet still quite and peaceful. Plenty of parking for boat or rv. Free wifi, washer and dryer usage. Extended stays are welcome and will reduce the price depending upon how long the stay. House trained Pets are absolutely welcome. No smoking inside and 420 friendly. Very secure, safe and laidback.
