Our home sleeps 5 with 2 queen bedrooms, 1 twin daybed and 1 bathroom. This great location is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and Starbucks. Family friendly, pack and play and high chair available upon request.

The Chicken Wing

Our guest area is an attached “mother-in-law” suite. It has a separate sleeping quarters, kitchen, full bath, dining area and living room. There are views of our urban farm from the dining room and of the natural hillside from the living room. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

The Sunset Beach House is so named due to the beach-theme of the rooms, and our street name, Sunset. We have strived to make this a clean, comfortable, and inviting place to stay with a home-away-from-home atmosphere. It is located in a quiet neighborhood easy access to major thoroughfares and Tri-Cities attractions.
