Private room in house is located just 5 minutes from M1 JCT 31, and the start of the M18. Located at the edge of the mining village of Kiveton Park, with stunning community woodlands which are right on the doorstep.
The house is located on the main route through the village, so is sometimes busy.
There is a shared bathroom, and shared kitchen space. You have your own dedicated workspace in the room, with excellent WiFi. My 3 children may be present during your stay, though not all the time.

There are two stables adjoining so also great for going with another couple or family.
Leger lakes is a small family run business, three small fishing lakes. The Ruby lake has five camping pods. We have tearoom on site with 5 star hygiene rating. The tearoom is also licensed, Laughton is a small village and has beautiful walks and places of interest to visit.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.This single room is ideal for guests working or visiting looking for comfortable affordable accommodation. I have two double rooms and 1 small single.
Guests have the use of the main lounge with TV. My place is located minutes from junction 30 of the M1 and is ideal for visiting the Peak District, Clumber Park and Sherwood.
Wedding venues close by are The Sitwell Arms hotel, Mosbrough Hall hotel and Van Dyks hotel
