Quiet motel style unit. Full kitchen available. Great outdoor area, concrete patio looking down on local park, less than 5 min walk. We also have the Aorangi sports stadium 15 minute walk away.
The bathroom and entrance will be shared between 9am-2pm as my wife works from the seperate bedroom. On the odd occasion an evening appointment 530-8.
We live on the property with the garage separating the 2 dwellings.
We have 2 retrievers who are fenced so they can’t approach you. But love a pat.
