Hello, I am a single professional friendly woman. I live here in the LE3 area on a quiet road, around the corner from a leisure centre and about a mile or 2 from the city centre. I have a shared living room, good sized garden and amenities include washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, range cooker, shower, bath, and wi-fi. There is usually plenty of on street parking. I am located about a mile or 2 from M1 junctions. There is a large park nearby and 4 local shops/post office.
