This space is a walkout basement of our home & has a keyless entry, 2 bedrooms, each with a 55 inch TV, kitchenette, sitting area with a 65 inch TV, large washer and dryer & a 2 room bathroom. The Rose Cottage is a charming historic cottage located on the main street near the town center in Springdale. Guests are surrounded with views of Zion National Park and are conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, gift shops, art galleries, a grocery store and steps away to shuttle stops for easy access to the park. Guests have full access to this quaint cottage and property. The home features original oil paintings by the host that are for sale.

"The Landing" - Zion House

Welcome to the The Landing! This is a renovated 90's prefab house which is a perfect basecamp for all your Zion Adventures (25-30 minutes from Zion's park entrance)! The Landing has a large king bed to accommodate 2 guests comfortably. We have you covered with a fully stocked bathroom, microwave, mini-fridge, access to a shared picnic table and BBQ grill.
