Quiet and peaceful area in the middle of town. Location: St. Cloud Hospital 1 mile & Saint Cloud Rivers Edge convention center close by. Backyard that is enclosed with a fenced in area, Deck, and Patio. The Heim Canoe Access Area is across the street. Bring your tubes, bring a canoe/kayak to enjoy the canoe access on both rivers, Mississippi and Sauk which intersect at the mouth of the Sauk River. Wildlife and quiet in the back yard. Large front yard too. LARGE newly concreted parking space.

Sanders Lodge @Three Acre Woods

You can sleep well after a long day of snowmobiling, hunting, fishing or sight seeing at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Sit around the campfire in the evening and relax. This has a queen bed, twin trundle bed and comfy couch for sleeping. In the kitchenette there is a full size fridge, a two burner stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender and a toaster/pizza/convection oven. Be aware, you will have to share the party room side with some homeschoolers on Wednesday mornings.

Comfortable homey atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy lake life. Sit on the deck or swing to enjoy lake views. Or bring a boat, whether fishing or recreational and explore the Briggs Lake chain (connected lakes: Julia, Briggs & Rush Lake). Located on the East side of Lake Julia, you will have front row seating to amazing sunsets. Local area has a general store and you are minutes away from 3 golf courses.

One bedroom apartment with private entrance located on 40 acres of rolling hills. Apartment is on second floor. Quiet location with beautiful views of a lake and countryside. Perfect place for a personal or writer's retreat or if you enjoy a quiet night's sleep. The apartment is attached to a single-family home which is our personal residence.
