All 4 seasons are beautiful here. Pro tip: Wake up early and observe the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. It is totally worth getting up early and will not disappoint.

Located in the majestic forest of mount agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/ york beaches, outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Special rate for single night 11/25✨ Condo is directly on beach ✨ Generally minimum night stay is 2 nights during the week and 3 nights over the weekend. Sometimes single nights are opened. If you see a 14 day minimum, it’s only to prevent the reservation from leaving a single night open. Unless the trip is within the next few weeks, we appreciate it if guests don't book trips that leave a single night open. ✨ ✨To simplify things we typically do not negotiate rates.✨
