Quercus, our annex, is a self contained one bedroom cottage, lounge, patio, kitchen, walk-in shower and dedicated parking set within an AONB. However not too far from local amenities and the town of Yarmouth, Isle of Wight. 200 yards from bus stop and local pub within 20 mins walk. Recently we were referred to as "off the beaten track", but we're actually 6 minutes from Yarmouth, 200 yards from the nearest bus stop and less than 20 minutes walk to the nearest pub. Experience staying in an 18th century brewery which is part of the privately owned Lower Calbourne Mill, nestled in the village of Newbridge. Just 3 miles from Yarmouth and 4 miles from the beach, the listed brewery has a beautiful garden which is bordered by the river and the gentle trickle of the mill stream. A perfect escape, ideally placed for walkers and cyclists; the vaulted brewery living space has cosy sofas, a log burner, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table for entertaining.

The Pigsty as a charming conversion that overlooks our neighbour's field with views of Tennyson Down beyond.
Its is set on the edge of our site and has an enclosed patio with BBQ and seating. The interior has been created by our love for repurposing, giving the Pigsty a unique and eclectic feel. Less than a mile from two good pubs and the 12th Century Church, and walking distance to Shalfleet Quay with great bird watching. We are within some of the best cycling and walking routes.
