We are at the end of a long cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping and concert halls are nearby. Feel free to book instantly. Quirky carriage house studio, Historic Folsom

300 sqft studio. Great location to take advantage of all the amazing recreation Folsom has to offer. Within blocks of Sutter St, so grabbing a bite or a drink is only a short walk away. The studio is located above our garage which is detached from our house and has its own entrance. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, thus we call in the "quirky" carriage house studio.

I love to travel and have been lucky enough to visit many places. One thing I value when I'm on a trip, is having a great home base, and that is what I try to provide for my guests.
