The property is ideally located for shops, cafes, pubs, cycle hire & walks. At the rear with great views of the Church is a peaceful, large decked area, ideal for dining & relaxing, (often visited by a friendly robin). Access is via external stairs. Free parking is available 2 mins away, using the parking clock provided (also valid in many local car parks).

The Univ campus at Highfield is a delightful 15 min walk along the edge of the beautiful Common.
Arrival time is 5pm onwards. If you need to arrive earlier, do ask. I will try to help if I can.
