I'm so sorry my house has been red stickered since Cyclone Gabrielle, it's unsafe to enter Muriwai, especially Domain Crescent. Sadly Airbnb have said that it's not extenuating circumstances despite 2 of our volunteer Firemen dying under a landslide. They will charge me a penalty fee and take away my super host status if I cancel. It's very disappointing. I am homeless and haven't been allowed back since I was evacuated on the 14 Feb. I will contact my guests separately to ask you to cancel.
