Hi I'm Rick, I have a large private room, and private bath on the second floor of my spacious farm house that I live in with my dog. The farmhouse has a large fenced in backyard and is obviously dog friendly. I'm constantly upgrading the place so there is always a small project I'm working on, quietly though if I have a guest. There are many amenities but I'm sure fast internet is the most important which I have lol. I'm an amateur at hosting so I prefer easy going guests.
