Warren Farm is 2 miles from Alton, which is famous for the Watercress Line steam railway and the home of Jane Austen. We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth.
The Stables has it's own entrance from the beautiful garden room which adjoins our barn. There are country views and footpaths if you are feeling energetic!

The house is within a short walking distance of the town centre, buses and train station. Jane Austen's Village, Chawton, is nearby with lovely villages and pubs in the surrounding areas.
It is not far to Winchester, Guildford and the historic town of Petersfield. It is just over an hour by train to Waterloo Station in London.
