While this property has been around for decades, this previous garage was recently converted into a great space with our Ute Lake fishermen in mind! The Bass Bungalow is a 2 bedroom/1 bath, full kitchen, dining & living room, with space for 8 guests, strong wifi, TVs in both bedrooms and living room, and cold air conditioning.

There is plenty of parking space for vehicles and boats in the driveway. Fenced in section of the yard for your furry friends.
