Perfectly located, this cosy studio flat is a 10 minute walk from Lincoln Cathedral, as well as the cities great pubs, restaurants and shops. 20 minutes walk from Lincoln train station, accessible from the A46 and a short drive from the Lincolnshire Wolds. The flat is on the ground floor of a gorgeous Victorian home, with its own separate entrance and room for one car on the driveway. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay including en suite shower room and a kitchenette.

The room is situated in the roof of my lovely Victorian house. It has an en suite shower, basin and toilet, and has a double bed, with small hanging closet and drawers. There is also a television for guests to watch with small sofa for relaxing in a little snug space (previous guests have called it a reading nook!) in the roof space. There is also a small fridge. The room is light and spacious, with velux windows overlooking the street in Lincoln's west end.
