We are offering a large bedroom with ensuite, views, private balcony, and ceiling fan, for a budget price because we are having the carpets changed and have just underlay down in this bedroom and on the stairs leading up to it. If this doesn’t worry you, then come and stay for a great price! The house is positioned above Tapu Bay, with a little path at the end of the garden to the beach. We are just a few minutes drive from Kaiteriteri and the mountain bike park is a couple of minutes away.

Room Above The Bay
A large room with ensuite in a spacious house above Tapu Bay. Just a few minutes drive to Kaiteriteri. There is a path at the bottom of the garden leading onto the beach or walk a few minutes across the road to Stephen’s Bay, a lovely swimming beach. The mountain bike park is barely a minute away.
The bedroom is large with a small ensuite. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and is lockable. It has a queen bed and sofa bed. If you’d like the sofa bed set up as a bed let us know.
