Forge a silver ring with Jewellers
Learn how to make a sterling silver ring from scratch, with our AWARD WINNING EXPERIENCE! Start off by marking your silver to the length you require by choosing which finger you would like it on. Then, you'll use a handsaw to cut it to size, you'll learn how to form the ring, using a mallet to shape it to the ring mandrel. You'll watch as it is soldered in front of you by an expert tutor—all the time, she will explain exactly what she is doing. Then you'll learn to file it by using different hand files—this is fun, as it is when you get to individualize your ring, deciding what curve you would like it to have. This can make a great difference to the end result. Next, you'll choose from three very different textures. You get to use your creativity with the planishing hammer to achieve the texture you require. People love this part as it's when you make your ring truly individual. Finally you get to choose your polish. Some people like it polished only on the inside, to give it an artistic/rustic look. Others like the glittery sparkle of a fully polished ring. It's your decision. Then the best bit—you get to keep your ring! It's the ultimate souvenir for remembering your trip to Ireland. Enjoy! Other things to note We like to keep our classes small & intimate so our clients get the most out of the experience. Therefore, we kindly request if you are in a group, please book under the one person. If this isn't possible, please do message us, so we can ensure you are kept together for the experience! :)

Galway's legendary walking tour !
The legendary tour centers around the tale of the Lynch family. Its a fascinating tale of how Walter Lynch is accused and tried for the murder of a visiting Spaniard who was a little too interested in his beautiful wife to be...or was he ? The story ends in a dramatic climax...but you will have to take the tour for that finale ! We also look at the legend of the Claddagh ring with a tale connected to Caribbean pirates, North African slave owners and a gold ring that speaks of eternal love. Christopher Columbus makes his appearance too, looking for a new way to China, but worrying that Atlantis might stand in his way. These and other tales are woven together in a 80-90 minute walk through the city. Its taken at a gentle pace to bring in all the major places of interest and embed them into the story of our city. Other things to note Dont worry about it raining - we have plenty of places to hide out of the rain !

You will paddling past (and under) some of Dublin’s most iconic landmarks and take in the city's old and new quarters, there is no better or memorable way to discover Dublin. No experience is necessary! We pride ourselves in making our kayaking experiences as accessible as possible to all, old and young, sporty and not so sporty. If you have any special requirements we will do everything we can to accommodate you, just ask! Our kayaks are all very stable 3person sit-on-top's, so you neither need to be experienced nor fit. We will have support boats on the river while you are out with us, in case anyone gets tired and just wants a short tow to take a break. You will return to the same location as you start (only a short walk from the city center) and you have two hours to explore the beautiful river Liffey. Please be aware that due to Covid and space restrictions, there is no toilet or changing rooms available on site. We are currently not offering bag storage, there is room on the kayaks for your bag if you bring one. Other things to note Prepare to get a little wet, usually on your backside. Shorts/leggings are best on the bottom, something warm on top.
Come drink with me and my brother
This experience begins at our local pub and we will visit at least 1 more pub, and possibly a few more after that. My brother and I like to get together to drink and laugh and we love to meet new people. So we figured too many tourists in Dublin get trapped in temple bar all night. We hope to show you the other side of Dublin !
Ennistymon, Tenkara flyfishing experience
This experience is fun and relaxing, where you can immerse yourself in nature. We will meet at the Falls Hotel carpark and from there our Tenkara fishing adventure begins! Walking along a flat pathway by the river Inagh, we reach an ancient Irish woodland where a beautiful mountain stream flows down from the Burren. You will have a brief casting lesson to learn the basics, and then we can fish the stream /creek for wild, brown Irish trout. I will teach you the basics of Tenkara fishing, which is a simple and fun flyfishing method, invented by the Japanese. It is easy to learn, a lot of fun and offers a good chance of catching a lovely wild trout. Boots are required as it gets muddy but the water is very shallow and very clear. There are a number of pools, waterfalls and gullies along our route but it is safe and the fishing is only on the flat parts. I provide wellington boots if needed and all fishing gear including rods, lines and flies. All you have to do is come along and enjoy :) Looking forward to a fun adventure with you!
Irish Food Trail
On the Irish Food Trail, you will eat delicious Irish food in the best restaurants and pubs in Ireland. Meet the locals on this foodie walking tour, where "Craic agus Ceol" (fun, food & music) is the main course. We provide the ideal path to explore Ireland’s most popular and hidden Irish Restaurants. This is a great way to catch up with old friends and make some new friends along the way! Other things to note Bring a spirit for adventure and a love of good food we will provide the rest. All dietary requirements are catered for. The walking distance is short at a nice relaxed pace.
Sea Kayaking to Baily Lighthouse Howth
We kayak along the coastline from Beach North towards the Lighthouse. We pass a Martello tower, one of many built along the coast of Ireland. These towers were built during the 19th century as coastal Forts. On this trip we see some of sea birds like cormorants, sea gulls and hopefully some seals. We kayak out to a point where we can see the Baily lighthouse. We stop on a small beach area in the base of the cliffs for some refreshments. We do take some photos during the trip which we will upload to the event page after the trip. Other things to note - Swim wear (to put on under the wetsuit) - Sports wear and trainers - Towel - Change of clothes
