The Studio is in a stunning and very rural location. We are a five minute walk to Gills Lap which is one of the most central walking points on Ashdown Forest. We have direct access from the gate onto the forest paths. We have maps and details of walks in our welcome book for walkers. Dogs are welcome. We now have an enclosed courtyard garden that is secure for dogs of all sizes. Well equipped kitchen, large table, sofa with TV on wall plus bedroom with king bed & good sized shower room.

The Bothy
A small house in the garden which now houses a bedroom with double bed and a very small en suite shower and lavatory. There is good internet connection and a TV. Outside area for sitting out. On the edge of the Ashdown Forest and near to Glyndebourne. Lots of walks nearby as well as National Trust properties and the Bluebell Railway. There is an electric car charge point and use of a pool which will be shared with the owners. Our pool is only available during the summer months.
