Escape to the canopy in this indulgent residence. The house has an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that opens out to a balcony, while its retro-revival furnishings and decor create a hip aesthetic throughout the interior.

The house has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which spreads out to a top deck. Tri-fold doors open to the top deck creating a large open upstairs living area.
New carpet throughout, large L-shape couch, coffee machine, flat-screen TV, Apple TV and a Sonos sound system to connect to.
Downstairs is a seperate large living space with newly polished concrete floors, Sonos speaker, table tennis table and danish furniture. Also downstairs, is the second bathroom/ shower, the fourth bedroom and all open out to the lower deck areas. Lower deck areas include BBQ, Spa pool, basketball hoop, netball hoop, organic vege garden and plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Across the road from the islands central park and a 5 minute walk from the playground. The island is easily accessible by car, 25km from Auckland central. Close to the city but it feels so far away.
There's a large fridge with built in filtered water and an ice maker. A great little coffee machine and fresh coffee beans will be supplied. You have access to the veggie garden, spa pool and BBQ.
There are people near by if you need help and we are available in person over the phone during your stay.
Herald Island is about 2.4 kilometres around. It's great place to walk or run around. Visit the parks, the playgrounds, the wharf, the old fire station, and the boat ramp, or venture out on the water on a kayak or stand up paddle board.
The bus does a route around the island, but having a car is advantageous for travelling around.
