Farm Stay at Panther Branch with Sauna

Take it easy at our beautiful cabin in Hot Springs, NC surrounded by nature and farm animals. Panther Branch Farm spans 30 acres of mountains, streams, waterfalls, and hiking trails. On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Originally a pole barn workshop, the cabin has been expanded into a peaceful retreat built with local lumber. Unwind in our outdoor spa with sauna and a spring bath or simply relax and take in the serenity of the National Forest.

The Doe Branch Cabin - Modern Mountain Retreat

Sense of Place. That is the inspiration here, at least in part. The cabin is situated on 12 private acres in a remote corner of Madison County, surrounded by national forest, streams, and clear mountain air. The property has a history of artist residents, and we encourage creatives of all types to come seek the inspiration found by those that came before. The town of Marshall, an artistic enclave, is 25-30 minutes away, and downtown Asheville is a 45-50 minute drive. Hiking and rafting nearby.

Treehouse Glamping 1 - East Gate

A gated gravel drive leads to our Off-Grid glamper situated on mountaintop acreage bordering Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Cherokee National Forest land. The private pet-friendly treehouse is equipped with solar power and vented, indoor compost toilet. Rest from adventures on ultra comfy beds, cook meals in your covered outdoor kitchenette and dine al fresco in the trees, take a clean, hot shower from the rain-collection system, and charge your devices via the charging station.

Snowbird treehouse

A 10ftx10ft treehouse built around a hickory tree with a wood deck. It looks over a creek 30 feet below. There are electric switches/outlets and fan/oil heater. Climb a ladder to the sleeping loft with a standard full size bed. The loft has a peak high enough to stand up under. Cook outside on gas grill. No running water but there's a drinking water dispenser. The bathroom is a composting toilet and outdoor shower with solar tank at the end of a 25ft path, adjacent to the treehouse.

The Martingale at Max Patch, Mountain Springtime

2 Beds, 1 Sleeper Sofa, 2 Full Baths. A perfect mountain escape, just at the gates of Heaven. This open loft cabin sets just 4 miles from Max Patch Bald, aka Heaven. Hike the AT, visit the Bald for a picnic and unbeatable views, and make yourselves comfortable in this lovely little pond-side hideaway. Cool Valley Cabin at Grassy Fork

The property is to itself on 37 acres with pond with stocked fish. From the Cabin to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge is about 50 minutes. Kids love this place, playing in the creek, paddle boat, feeding fish, catch and release, fire pit, making smores, big yard, two bridges over the creek, if you have AWD or 4x4, go to top of Snowbird Mtn. and hike the A.T. to Wildcat Springs about .88 miles.
